Zinsser Perma-White Interior Satin is a scrubbable satin finish, mould resistant paint that contains a biocode to protects against fungal degradation. Designed to resist cracking, peeling and blistering for up to 7 years before first maintenance, this is a high performing, durable paint for interior walls and ceilings. With strong adhesion to existing solvent based or glossy paints, Perma-White Matt also seals flat paint, cement block, concrete and new drywall. What would you recommend as preparation on a ceiling that has already got satin emulsion and has lost some paint already, exposing bare plaster.
We recommend creating a key by gently sanding the areas where paint is missing, filling any holes or cracks to create a level surface and finally applying a thinned mist coat of Zinsser Interior Perma White Satin to the bare plaster areas before applying two full coats all over.
Can you apply Zinsser Interior Perma White Satin on painted interior window sills?

Zinsser advise applying the Zinsser Bullseye 123 Primer before using the Zinsser Interior Perma White Satin, however this paint is not designed for application to any surface subject to water immersion or prolonged contact with water including shower enclosures, saunas or steam rooms.
How long does this take to dry completely?
Zinsser Interior Perma White Satin can take 5-7 days to fully cure but is touch dry within 2 hours.
