Easy Returns – Here's How It Works

• 30-Day Return Policy
• You can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Note: This doesn’t apply to made-to-order items like mixed paint, which can't be returned.

Return to Store – It's Free

Pop into your nearest Paint Shed store with:

• Your proof of purchase
• The product in its original packaging, undamaged
• Any included accessories
• We’ll take care of the rest

Return via Courier

Prefer to return by courier? No problem.

• Just contact us at 033 3320 2369 or [email protected] with your order number and return details.
• We’ll arrange either:
• A courier collection
• Or send you a QR code to drop it off at an approved location

• Please note: the original packaging and inserts must be used to return items via our courier. Plese let us know if you don't have these so that we can discuss alternative arrangements. 

• If products are damaged in transit due to failure to package securely or with the original packaging, we may not be able to refund you.

Note: Courier returns are charged - this cost will be deducted from your refund.

You can also use a courier of your choice at your own cost.
